This Coin Sales Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between voicesofprogress, a voicesofprogress Corporation, and the purchaser (“Licensee”) of the old coins (the “Coins”).

Grant of License:
Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to purchase, possess, and display the Coins for personal collecting purposes only. This license is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. -
Ownership:
The ownership and title to the Coins shall remain with the Licensor until full payment has been received from the Licensee. Licensee shall have no right, title, or interest in the Coins until such payment is made. -
Prohibited Activities:
Licensee shall not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Coins in any manner. Licensee shall not use the Coins for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. -
Authenticity and Condition:
Licensor warrants that the Coins are authentic and accurately described to the best of their knowledge. However, Licensee acknowledges that old coins may exhibit variations in condition and appearance due to their age and history. -
Returns and Refunds:
In the event that Licensee is not satisfied with the Coins, Licensee may request a return within [number of days] days from the date of purchase. Returns are subject to inspection by the Licensor to ensure that the Coins are returned in the same condition as received. Refunds will be issued within [number of days] days of receipt of the returned Coins. -
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. -
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Coins and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written. -
Modification and Waiver:
This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision. -
Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing the Coins, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
